Powerful Administrative Support Systems
Our affiliates provide powerful administrative support systems which allow you to focus your time and energy on growing your business, acquiring new clients, and recruiting additional representatives. We pay all the commissions to you and your representatives. Rather than having to worry about making payments and payroll to representatives in your office, we pay them their commissions and pay you an override.
Our online system allows you to track both your own and your branches’ production, commissions, and pipeline. As a branch office you will be put in contact with product wholesalers from mutual fund, variable annuity and insurance companies who can help you build your business.
Centralized Compliance and Supervision Systems
Our broker/dealer affiliate operates on a centralized OSJ (Office of Supervisory Jurisdiction) model, which means while you will be responsible for recruiting, training and managing representatives you recruit into your office, all business flows through the home office for compliance checks and record keeping. This system is designed to ensure that adequate, impartial supervision is taking place and that customers are being protected. Additionally, this system transfers a large part of the supervisory responsibility to the home office or the designated compliance manager/supervisor, thus allowing you more time and energy to devote to growing your business!

Our proprietary client needs analysis software helps you develop financial strategies for your clients. This program examines the client’s personal financial position, identifies their retirement and other goals, and helps you work with them to develop and implement financial strategies.
